There is an ATM directly across the street from our front door, under Cotton Eyed Joe’s side awning.
Are there advance tickets available?
Ticket information and availability can be found on our calendar. Any show with a “Buy Tickets” button will have advance tickets available. Listings without ticket information is a free show.
How do I order advance tickets?
For all ticketed shows, you can purchase tickets online from our calendar by finding the show you want to attend, clicking the Buy Tickets button and following the prompts. You may also call 830-629-5077 for help.
If my plans change, can I get a refund or exchange?
Tickets to shows at Gruene Hall are non-refundable and not exchangeable. Gruene Hall is not responsible for tickets purchased from resale or third-party vendors (such as TicketMaster) or social media.
What happens if I lose my tickets? Can I have them resent to me?
Yes. Click HERE and enter your email address to have them resent. Gruene Hall is not responsible for tickets purchased via third-party vendors (such as Ticketmaster) or social media.
Will I be guaranteed a seat at a table? Will there be space to dance?
Admission into Gruene Hall does not guarantee seating, and there is no guaranteed dance space. Please be aware that shows vary from dances, to concert seating, to standing room only. You can find out the setup for the show on the ticket purchase page. Most shows with advance tickets are standing room only.
Are kids allowed in Gruene Hall
All ages are welcome at Gruene Hall unless otherwise noted for ticketed shows. All kids – no matter the age – must pay full price for shows with advance tickets.
Are pets allowed in Gruene Hall?
No pets allowed inside Gruene Hall or in the beer garden. Service animals are permitted, but must follow the guidelines set forth by the ADA. Please note, emotional support animals are not recognized by the ADA guidelines.
