Josh Ward - Gruene Hall (Opening band TBA)
Tickets: $20 | Doors: 7 PM

Since the release of both his second studio album “Promises” and his latest studio album “Holding Me Together,” Josh has amassed seven consecutive #1 hits on the Texas Regional Radio Chart over two solid years and counting. It was in 2012 when Ward truly found his stride with the release of his first full length album “Promises,” produced by Grammy Award-winning producer, Greg Hunt. It seemed clear that radio had discovered their new banner artist in Ward with all five singles hitting the Top 20 on the Texas Music charts, three of those scoring #1’s -almost unheard of for a debut artist. Ward wrapped up 2013 as the Texas Regional Radio’s New Male Vocalist of the Year. When it came time to get back in the studio for his next album, Ward knew just where he was going…back to Rosewood Studios in Tyler, TX with the return of Greg Hunt behind the sound board. Ward credits the hidden jewel studio as the place where he found his sound, and Hunt as the wizard who pulled it out of him. Their work on Ward’s third full length album “Holding Me Together” (released October 2015) proved yet another triumphant collaboration—all four singles went to #1 on the TRRR Chart. Through many miles of winding peaks and valleys on hits like “Somewhere Between Right & Wrong,” “Broken Heart,” and the new single “Change My Mind,” what this album gives you is the white-knuckle roller coaster ride Ward intended you to have.

Ray Wylie Hubbard at Gruene Hall (Opening Band - TBA)
Tickets: $20 | DOORS: 7 PM

Ray Wylie Hubbard is a well-respected Texas Country singer-songwriter who is most known for his songs “Snake Farm” and “Up Against the Wall, Redneck Mother” and made famous by Jerry Jeff Walker’s 1973 recording. The renowned Americana hero returns with a lean ’n’ mean follow-up to 2012’s triumphant The Grifter’s Hymnal with his latest album, The Ruffian’s Misfortune. Soon to be followed by his uproarious, hair-raising autobiography, A Life…Well, Lived, The Ruffian’s Misfortune was co-produced by Hubbard and bassist George Reiff and showcases Hubbard’s bluesy slide alongside the twin guitar leads of Gabe Rhodes and Hubbard’s son, Lucas.

Band of Heathens (Opening Band - TBA)
Tickets: $15 | Doors: 7 PM

Sometimes it’s the “happy accidents,” rather than elaborately laid plans, that lead to something lasting, and that’s precisely the case with award-winning Austin rock and roll stalwarts, The Band of Heathens. But planned or not, the band has enjoyed sustained success for more than a decade, racking up 10 albums and more than twelve hundred performances in thirteen countries. Quist and Ed Jurdi, the band’s other principal singer and songwriter, are the only founding members still in the group that first came together in 2005. The core lineup of Jurdi and Quist on guitars and lead vocals, were joined by Trevor Nealon on keys in 2009 and Richard Millsap on drums in 2012. Bassist Jesse Wilson came on board in 2017. Despite a few changes in personnel along the way, one thing has remained constant for the band. The Band of Heathens’ first two releases were live recordings and the funky, soulful, rootsy sounds on those live records would come to be the band’s hallmark. Between 2008 and 2016, The Band of Heathens released five studio albums, four of which went to either number one or number two on the Americana Radio Albums Chart, and earned a pair of Americana Music Awards nominations. Then in 2018, they released the acclaimed A Message from the People Revisited, a recreation of the legendary 1972 Ray Charles album, A Message from the People. Also in 2018, Quist and a friend purchased The Finishing School, a studio in Austin where the band had frequently worked, after the passing of the studio’s owner, their longtime friend and producer, George Reiff.

Mike Ryan (Opening Band - TBA)
Tickets: $15 | Doors: 8 PM

San Antonio-born country singer-songwriter, Mike Ryan mixes contemporary country melodies with rock & roll guitars, reinforced by his soulful and passionate vocals. Ryan was born in 1988 and was raised in a musical family — his grandfather spent more than two decades leading the Texas National Guard Band, and Mike’s dad played bass in a bluegrass group while also performing in local musical theater. While Ryan graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in criminal justice, his passion for music proved stronger in the long run, and he began performing around Texas and the Southwest. Ryan cut an EP, The First One, in 2010, and in 2012 he teamed up with Smith Music Group to release his full-length debut, Night Comes Falling. Ryan’s first two releases earned him radio airplay in his home state, and 2014’s Bad Reputation followed suit, with the tunes “Girls I Date” and “Dancing All Around It” both receiving significant radio exposure in Texas. Ryan’s resume also includes winning Song of the Year for “Dancing All Around It” with Texas Music Pickers in 2014 and New Male Vocalist of the Year at the Texas Regional Radio Awards in 2015. Mike Ryan released his latest album, Blink You’ll Miss It, in October 2017.
